A company is looking for a Software Webinar Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate onboarding and training sessions for customers
Create training materials and engage with customers during
webinars
Ensure successful implementation of the software through training
sessions
Required Qualifications:
Previous experience as a software trainer or educator in a related
field
Proficiency in facilitating learning in a one-to-many format
Experience in content creation and documentation
Background in customer support or service
Familiarity with Microsoft Suite of products
