Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Technical Support Specialist I
to join their Customer Support team.
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers with technical issues via email and phone,
ensuring a positive customer experience
Document customer interactions in Zendesk and identify trends for
product improvements
Collaborate with engineering and QA teams to troubleshoot and
escalate product-related bugs
Required Qualifications
2-3 years of experience in a client-facing software support role,
preferably in SaaS
Working knowledge of Windows and macOS platforms for software
installation and troubleshooting
Experience collaborating with various departments such as
engineering and customer success
Experience working in a remote environment with a distributed
team
Proficiency with support and collaboration tools like Zendesk and
Slack is a plus
