Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technical Support Associate
(Part-time position) to manage its technological infrastructure and
provide technical support to clinicians and patients.
Key Responsibilities:
Install and configure computer equipment and software
Maintain and update IT infrastructure, ensuring systems are
functional
Provide technical support to clients and patients, resolving issues
remotely
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of previous IT experience in a similar role
Familiarity with operating system installation and network
management
Experience in secure data wiping and IT maintenance tasks
Must reside in Australia and hold Permanent residency or the right
to work without employer sponsorship
Availability to respond to technical emergencies outside of working
hours
