DescriptionSenior Analytics Developers are needed for various and unanticipated worksites throughout the U.S. (HQ: Chicago, IL). Responsibilities include delivering solutions by writing ETL packages, developing visualizations, performing data and statistical analyses, creating data warehouse and analytic solutions, and administering systems to provide information to the health system. The role involves gathering and scoping requirements, recommending analytical solutions to meet business needs, and serving as a functional and content expert for pipelines that synthesize raw data into actionable information, including healthcare claims and eligibility data.The position requires applying knowledge of relational databases, including advanced SQL skills for creating complex queries and stored procedures. The developer will query, analyze, and manipulate data using SQL for extraction and reporting, perform solution analysis, design, development, and support, and mentor junior staff on analytic tools and solutions. Building data pipelines, warehouses, and marts is also part of the role.Technical Environment

• PowerPointQualificationsRequires a Bachelor's degree in IT, Information Systems, or a related field, plus four years of experience in ETL, data warehousing, or data analytics. Specific requirements include:
  • 4 years experience with SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and reporting
  • 2 years experience with SQL Server databases, creating complex queries and stored procedures
  • Experience with Tableau, PowerBI, Crystal Reports, SSRS
  • Experience with SSIS, SSAS, SSMS
  • Ability to gather and scope requirements and recommend analytical solutions
  • Mentoring junior staff and serving as a subject matter expert
  • Experience in an Agile environment, solution analysis, design, development, and supportSome remote work is available; candidates must be available for onsite training or meetings as needed. Must pass a SQL assessment, background check, and drug screen.
