This role focuses on the maintenance and repair of sophisticated electronic security systems including CCTV, access control, and alarm systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring these systems operate efficiently to protect our clients premises, assets, and people. This position requires a keen eye for detail, a comprehensive knowledge of electronic systems, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Conduct regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of all electronic security systems Install, configure, and upgrade security hardware and software Provide prompt and accurate technical support to clients Ensure compliance with all safety and security protocols Document technical manuals and maintenance logs Train clients and colleagues on system operation and safety Proficiency with CCTV, access control, and alarm systems Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Excellent technical and communication skills Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals Familiarity with networking systems and information technology Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Alarm Technician (CAT) Electronic Security Networking Technician (ESNT)
