A company is looking for a Legal Contract Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
Review, draft, and negotiate commercial contracts
Ensure compliance with company policies and laws
Identify and mitigate legal risks associated with contracts
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of experience with commercial contracts
Strong understanding of commercial law in a B2B context
Qualified and admitted to the bar, or in the process of
qualifying
Bilingual English/Spanish skills strongly preferred
Preferred location on the US East Coast
