Position Title: Forklift Operator Wage: $22.00/hour Shift: 1st Hours: 9:00am - 5:30pm QPS Employment Group is seeking an experienced Forklift Operator in Sturtevant, WI for a long-term position within our client’s warehouse operations. This role is critical to ensuring the accurate, safe and efficient movement of product throughout the facility. The ideal candidate will have prior warehouse experience, be bilingual, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and multitasking are essential. Apply now! Forklift Operator Responsibilities: - Operate fork trucks safely and efficiently to move, load, unload and stage materials - Pick, pack and prepare orders according to shipping and receiving requirements - Read and interpret work orders, pick tickets and inventory documentation - Assist with inventory control, cycle counts, and product verification - Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment - Follow company safety policies and OSHA regulations - Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure workflow efficiency Requirements for Forklift Operator: - Prior warehouse experience - Proven experience operating a fork truck (certification preferred but not required) - Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred - Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Strong understanding of units of measure and basic math skills - Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods - Reliable attendance and strong work ethic - Strong understanding of different units of measure (e.g., pounds, pieces, cases, pallets) - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently - Good communication and time-management skills - Commitment to safety and quality standards IND012 QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
