You’ll stay in a defined operating area, run predictable lanes, and still earn top-tier weekly pay—without NYC, without chaos, and without touching freight. The Run Dedicated regional-style operation Loads originate from Navarre, OH or Pendleton, IN Operating area includes: OH, MI, Western PA, Upstate NY (no NYC), VA, WV, KY, NC, IL, IN, Lower WI Typical schedule: 5.5 days out / 34-hour weekly reset (Weekends not guaranteed) Pay & Miles $1,500 weekly average (top drivers earn $1,700) $0.57–$0.64 CPM based on verified experience 2,200 miles every week Annual earnings up to $78,000 $2,500 sign-on bonus Freight & Equipment 100% no-touch dry van Mix of drop & hook and live unload Late-model 2021 Freightliner Cascadia & Kenworth tractors Additional Pay Detention pay: $12.50/hour after 2 hours Layover or breakdown: $100/day Performance bonus: up to 3 CPM Paid orientation Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid vacation Rider and pet policy available 24/7 driver support team What You’ll Do Operate safely on dedicated regional lanes Handle drop & hook and live unload freight Complete inspections, logs, and trip planning Follow DOT and company safety standards Requirements Valid Class A CDL Minimum 3 months recent tractor-trailer experience Clean driving record Ability to pass DOT drug screen, background check, and road test Strong time management skills Regional lanes.
