Job Description Job Description Summary/Objective: The Assembly
Operator will perform assembly operations to produce products for
recreational vehicles. Essential Functions: Reasonable

materials and tools required for the assembly job as needed
Assemble components or parts using hand tools as needed Follow
established guidelines and quality control standards to ensure
accurate and efficient assembly Inspect finished products for
defects or errors and make necessary adjustments or repairs
Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and
efficiency Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet
production goals and deadlines Report any issues or concerns with
the assembly process or materials to the supervisor Adhere to all
safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working
environment Performs other duties as requested to full
accountability Characteristic Duties: Ability to follow
instructions and take direction with a positive attitude Ability to
work as a productive member of a team Ability to adapt to change
and work in a fast-paced environment Ability to maintain a good

used on the job Supervisory Responsibility: No Work Environment:
This job operates in a warehouse environment. This role routinely
uses standard hand tools. Noise such as warehouse equipment and
machinery. This list is not all inclusive. Physical Demands: While
performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently
required to speak and listen. This position requires prolonged
periods of standing and performing repetitive tasks; walking, as
well as using hands and fingers to handle, feel, lift and assemble
parts; reach with hands and arms. Requires excellent hand-eye
coordination and manual dexterity. Vision requirements include
close vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. The
employee may be required to lift/move up to 50 pounds. Position
Type and Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position,
Monday through Friday, occasional overtime as necessary. Travel:
