Job Description Job Description Assembler Schedule is 6:00 AM to
2:00 PM Pay rate $16.40 The ideal candidate MUST have a drivers
license Graham Personnel Services is seeking a detail-oriented and
skilled Assembler to join our production team. The Assembler plays
a crucial role in the manufacturing process, responsible for
assembling various components to create the final product. This
position requires a high level of precision and attention to detail
to ensure the quality and functionality of our products. Key
Responsibilities: Assembly: Assemble components and subassemblies
following detailed instructions, blueprints, and diagrams. Quality
Control: Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality and
safety standards, making any necessary adjustments or repairs.
Material Handling: Safely handle and transport materials,
components, and finished products within the production area. Tool
and Equipment Operation: Utilize a variety of hand tools, power
tools, and machinery to complete assembly tasks. Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of production, including the quantity of
products assembled and any issues encountered. Team Collaboration:
Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet production
goals and deadlines. Safety: Follow all safety protocols and
guidelines to maintain a safe work environment. Problem Solving:
Identify and address assembly issues or discrepancies during the
manufacturing process. Qualifications: High school diploma or
equivalent. Previous experience in assembly or a related field is
preferred. Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity. Basic
knowledge of hand and power tools. Ability to read and interpret
blueprints and technical documents. Good communication skills and
the ability to work well in a team. Adherence to safety protocols
and quality standards. Willingness to learn and adapt to new
technologies and processes. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand
for extended periods. Lifting and moving materials, components, and
products, sometimes in excess of 50 pounds. Manual dexterity and
fine motor skills for intricate assembly tasks.
