Job Description:
At Mennonite Central Committee (MCC), we extend our mission of

dedicated Machine Maintenance Technician for the night shift who
will maintain the manufacturing equipment and systems critical to
our relief and development initiatives. This role requires
technical skill, a proactive attitude, and a strong commitment to
safety and efficiency. As a night shift technician, you will play a
key role in minimizing downtime and ensuring the seamless operation
of our manufacturing capabilities. Perform routine and scheduled
maintenance of industrial manufacturing machinery and equipment.
Diagnose and repair mechanical issues and ensure operational
standards are met. Maintain a clean and organized work environment
in compliance with safety regulations. Document and record
maintenance logs and reports effectively. Collaborate with the
manufacturing team to coordinate maintenance schedules and minimize
machine downtime. Implement continuous improvement practices to
enhance machine reliability and performance. Strong mechanical
aptitude and problem-solving skills Proficiency in using tools and
maintenance equipment Ability to read and interpret technical
manuals and schematics Excellent communication and teamwork skills
High attention to detail and a commitment to safety protocols
