Job Description Job Description Shipping Lead Position 1st
Shift: 5:30am-2:00pm $16.75-$19.75 (depending on experience) The
Shipping Lead will make sure the assigned production area has the
all-necessary equipment, material, and personnel to ensure smooth
operations of the assigned area and to act as a stand-in during the
manager's absence to ensure interruption-free operation. Tasks: -
Be able to perform all production duties - Ensure completion of all
daily scheduled requirements - Ensure entry of accurate and
complete production data in EPICOR - Monitor correct execution of
SOP by employees - Identify areas of concern or improvement in
quality or product and area operation - Verify the completion of
daily, weekly, and monthly preventative maintenance -
Accountability - complete excruciation of the daily schedule,
reviews on a weekly basis - Deliver and stage raw material and WIP
material for daily production requirements - Ensure smooth material
flow throughout the assigned process - Operate all types of
forklifts available at the company - Practice FFIO methodology -
Accountability- Zero production delays due to material-related
issues, reviewed on a weekly basis - Create Daily Production
schedules - Identify and prioritize schedule priorities to ensure
efficient production flow - Adhere to company rules of conduct
outlined in the employee handbook - Ensure a safe and productive
environment for employees in the assigned areas - participate in
assisting other PAL's and PM's on as a needed basis - Participate
in monthly reviews - And other assignment as directed by manager
Experience: - Forklift: 3 years (Preferred) Language: - English
