Job Description:
Description:Overview: The Recruiting Coordinator provides a wide
variety of recruiting and HR support and administration activities,
includingassistingourTalent Acquisition team members with various
recruiting and administrative tasks. They currently need to onboard
several dozen people. These people are going to be extremely busy
so they must be able to keep up with very fast pace. Coordinates
interviews and phone screens working directly with candidates and
hiring managers, in some cases arranging travel for visiting
candidate Initiate background check process and monitor reports to
ensure timely on-boarding of candidates Creates interview and
employee packets Assists with data and report tracking Conducts
reference checks and referral screenings Assists with retention
initiatives including, but not limited to thirty, sixty, and
ninetyday check-ins with new employees and contractors Assists with
screening resumes and applications Assists in facilitating new hire
orientation. Supports HR and Talent Acquisition team with any other
assigned tasks Hours: M-F 8-5PM (must be open to a couple of hours
a week of OT if asked)Skills: screen, offer letter, source,
Recruiting, Onboarding, Schedule orientation, Job fairs, Phone
screen, Hiring, administrative supportTop Skills Details:-HS
Diploma-3+ years of administrative experience-Experience with
sourcing, screening, and moving candidates -Experience with high
volume recruiting and screening (30+ per week)-MS Office Experience
(Intermediate with Outlook, Basic-Intermediate with Excel) *Send
testing Entry level position, preferred one year of
professionalrecruiting experience 2 years of administrative
experience High school degree or GED required Computer skills
including Microsoft Office Suite Strong written and verbal
communication skills Detail orientation while handling repetitive
tasks Ability to manage multiple assignments concurrently and
maintain a high degree of confidentialityAdditional Skills &
Qualifications:Must Haves:-HS Diploma-3+ years of administrative
experience-Experience with sourcing, screening, and moving
candidates -Experience with high volume recruiting and screening
(30+ per week)-MS Office Experience (Intermediate with Outlook,
