Job Description:

Prime HealthCare Staffing is currently seeking a travel Speech Language Pathologist with CCC's for a contract position in a skilled nursing facility located in the Valparaiso, Indiana area. - In a SNF setting, the therapist will treat patients with a wide range of orthopedic and neurological diagnoses. - The schedule will be Monday-Friday. - At least one year of experience in SNF is preferred. Preferred familiarity with either Casamba web-based and matrix EMR along with using iPads for documention/treating a plus. - There is always a possibility of having to treat COVID patients as well.
