Job Description:

A company is looking for a JIVA Utilization Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and improve behavioral health and disease management programs
Responsible for managing and optimizing various aspects of health care management
Utilize JIVA Outbound for data querying and management

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in case management and care management
Proficiency with JIVA outbound for on-prem systems
Experience working with various healthcare data files and systems
Strong knowledge of creating and maintaining medical management data repositories
Certified Case Manager (CCM) or similar certification
