Job Description:

A company is looking for a Disputes Investigation Associate.

Key Responsibilities:

Research, investigate, and resolve debit, credit, ACH, and check disputes
Analyze disputed transactions and member data to make decisions on claims of fraud or errors
Articulate investigation process, mentor team members, and make rapid decisions on complex dispute issues

Required Qualifications:

1+ years of dispute resolution investigative processes experience at a financial institution
Proficient knowledge of federal laws, rules, and regulations
Extensive knowledge of internal banking processes and products
Experience using tools such as Google Sheets/Excel, Docs/Word, and Slides/PowerPoint
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
