Job Description:

A company is looking for a Global Compensation Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive analyses of compensation structures
Develop, implement, and communicate compensation policies and guidelines
Collaborate with HR partners to evaluate and grade jobs

Required Qualifications:

Post-secondary degree in Human Resources, business, or related field
4+ years of progressive HR experience, with 2 years focused on compensation in a global environment
Relevant professional certification (e.g. CCP, CSCP)
Experience with global compensation in a publicly traded company
Experience with Compensation data management tools
