Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Retention Specialist to assist
clients facing financial hardship.
Key Responsibilities
Educate clients about the financial hardship debt program and its
benefits
Empathize with and deescalate upset clients, addressing their
concerns
Analyze clients' financial situations and collaborate on customized
solutions to retain them in the program
Required Qualifications
Experience in Retention, Sales, or Collections
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree
is a plus
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high call
volumes
Tech-savvy with proficiency in a Client Relationship Management
(CRM) system
Resilient and able to remain calm under pressure
