Job Description:
A company is looking for a Supervisor Customer Care for the
Philadelphia PACE Application Center.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise customer care staff handling inquiries related to
eligibility, benefits, claims, and service authorizations
Monitor performance metrics and ensure compliance with policies and
customer requirements
Identify training needs and manage the development of staff within
the customer service unit
Required Qualifications and Education
Minimum of 5 years' experience in a call center environment
At least 2 years of supervisory experience
GED or High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree
preferred
Experience in a healthcare call center environment preferred
Demonstrated ability to manage change and develop team members
