Job Description:

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop multimedia eLearning courses for Enterprise Initiatives
Create supplementary materials like handouts and video tutorials to support training plans
Collaborate with SMEs and gather feedback on storyboards and draft content

Required Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience in instructional design and eLearning development
Experience with storyboarding, needs analysis, and writing for eLearning design
Bachelor's degree preferred
APTDCPTD certification from ATD helpful
