Job Description:
A company is looking for Claim Care Representatives/Call Center
Representatives to provide customer service and process claims.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming phone calls professionally to assist and resolve
customer issues
Input new claims received via telephone, fax, or email
Provide information regarding the claim process to insureds and
adjusters
Required Qualifications
Must pass a background check
Availability to work non-traditional shifts and additional hours
during peak times
Previous insurance experience preferred
Experience in a call center or customer support role preferred
Professional and positive demeanor required
