Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Solutions Center
Representative to provide exceptional service to members and
partners.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to incoming calls from investment professionals, plan
sponsors, and members on various topics
Educate customers on tax implications, penalties, and benefits
related to plans/contracts
Document conversations and maintain compliance with industry
regulations and policies
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
One year of experience in customer service or sales-related
occupations
Undergraduate degree in finance, business administration,
insurance, economics, or communications preferred
Knowledge of various insurance products and the sales process
FINRA series 6 and/or 26 licenses preferred, based on assigned
product/line-of-business
