Job Description:

A company is looking for a Bilingual French Customer Service Representative - Remote.
Key Responsibilities

Proactively respond to product/service inquiries via telephone, email, or fax
Accurately place and process orders according to guidelines
Follow up on outbound calls, assigned cases, and unresolved customer inquiries

Required Qualifications

Ability to work Monday to Friday from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm (EST)
Reliable high-speed internet connection at home (minimum 10 Mbps)
Proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel)
High School Diploma or equivalent customer service experience
Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute
