Design and implement training programs to enhance product knowledge
and customer service skills
Monitor service channels and ensure adherence to quality standards
and performance metrics
Required Qualifications:
Experience in hiring and managing a customer service team
Proven track record of exceeding team goals and metrics
Experience in resolving complex customer issues and complaints
Knowledge of customer service tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and
Zendesk
Experience leading teams through change in a dynamic
environment
