Job Description:
A company is looking for a Loan Officer responsible for managing
the loan origination process and maintaining borrower
relations.
Key Responsibilities
Collect and verify necessary documentation from borrowers for loan
applications
Analyze credit reports and financial scenarios to determine
suitable loan products
Submit complete loan packages to processing and resolve any issues
during the underwriting process
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
At least two years of experience in mortgage lending or a related
field
Active NMLS License
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple
priorities
Proficiency in data entry and Microsoft Office applications
