Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Customer Care Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
Become proficient in knowledge base and tools to efficiently
resolve client needs
Manage high volume of tasks while maintaining documentation and
client relationships
Assist clients with onboarding and provide solutions to their
inquiries
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED with 5 years of experience in a related
field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
7 years of experience in a related field may be considered
Ability to adapt in a changing environment
Experience in a customer-focused, service-oriented role
Knowledge of auction and/or logistics/transportation is a plus
