Join our team as a Carpet Technician and contribute to our mission of delivering top-notch service to our clients. -As a -Carpet -Technician, you will assess the floor coverings within a building and utilize the appropriate cleaning method to maximize cleanliness results. In addition to providing outstanding customer service, you will evaluate a structure after water damage and implement the Vortex Drying method using the appropriate equipment to rapidly dry the structure. As a Carpet Technician, you will have the opportunity to earn bonus incentives by offering related services such as upholstery cleaning, as well as additional services like duct cleaning to increase both your income and company revenue! Responsibilities:

• Assess floor coverings and develop a cleaning plan tailored to their specific needs, ensuring maximum results.
  
• Deliver exceptional customer service that represents the high standards of Americlean.
  
• Inspect and evaluate structures after water damage and use the Vortex Drying method with the right equipment to quickly and effectively dry the area.
  
• Performing demolition work for water and mold damaged homes as needed
  
• Assisting with other restoration services such as flood remediation
  
• Help customers get the most out of our services by suggesting related options and add-ons that fit their needs.
  
• Keep your assigned vehicle and Americlean equipment well-maintained, both mechanically and in terms of cleanliness.
  
• Complete daily paperwork on time and submit it for billing promptly.
  
• Share your suggestions for improving services and identifying new opportunities with your supervisor to help drive AmeriClean's -growth.

    Physical Requirements:

    • Must be able to stand, walk, and sit for extended -periods.
      
    • Must frequently lift and/or move fifty pounds or -greater.
      
    • May work in confined spaces or heights of ten feet or more
      
    • Willingness to work holidays, weekends, and overtime as needs arise.
      
    • Able to meet DOT -requirements.
