BluesNet Business Analyst

HYBRID-LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY

Service Provider will provide a Business Analyst to fulfill the following responsibilities, but not limited to:
--- Coordinate BluesNet onboarding process and required forms with Blue Plans and their partners.
--- Keep track of all required paperwork and approvals before onboarding to BluesNet and after sun setting from BluesNet
--- Coordinate project scope, risk, and schedule for BluesNet project initiatives. Prepare and present project information to BluesNet Director and Senior Leaders.
--- Maintain project timeframes, objectives and communications.
--- Create and manage documentation and reports for projects.
--- Track, forecast and report on project progress including metrics and challenges.
--- Collect the necessary information required to start projects.
--- Maintain current knowledge on the legislation applicable to each project.
--- Collaborate with Operations team to ensure appropriate actions are taken in a timely manner to correct/avoid failing functions, activities, and processes.
--- Coordinate, setup, and track BluesNet billing needs for customers with Operations and Finance team.
--- Conduct continual improvement opportunities assessments to maximize the value of BluesNet activities and deliverables.
--- Assist in BluesNet Oversight Committee Meeting preparations.
--- Assist in other committee Meetings and Summit's preparations.
We expect the resource to have great communication, Telecom, and finance experience. * Deliverable: --- Coordinate BluesNet onboarding process and required forms with Blue Plans and their partners.
