You will lead engagements focused on evaluating current-state environments, conducting maturity assessments, creating strategic roadmaps, and driving transformation aligned to industry best practices.This role is for you if you are passionate about the intersection of technology, Employee Experience, and business value helping customers move beyond tooling to deliver measurable outcomes and improved digital workplace experiences.Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: Lead role in the delivery of client consulting engagements for Digital Workplace including client workshops, capability assessments, maturity assessments, strategies, roadmaps (discover, design, digital, deploy), migrate and implement solutions. Perform analysis of clients current state, define desired outcomes, define/revise user experience strategies, design conceptual solutions/plans/roadmaps that drive the adoption of relevant emerging technologies, automation, and improved processes onto the clients organization. Lead consulting engagement teams: structure and lead requirements analysis, plan for milestones, manage engagement outcomes, and oversee project team members to manage toward engagement outcomes. Articulate engagement findings, designs, recommendations, and roadmaps at executive levels. Deliver storyboard presentations to gain client commitment and buy-in. Contribute to the consulting knowledge base and methods with technique papers, work product descriptions, guiding principles, documents, and further the evolution of intellectual capital assets.

• Lead consulting engagements with customers focused on Digital Employee Experience (DEX), Digital Experience Monitoring (DEM), and Modern Device Management strategy and optimization.
• Conduct client workshops, capability and maturity assessments, persona mapping, and user journey analysis to identify experience gaps and business improvement opportunities.
• Develop strategic roadmaps, experience improvement strategies, and business cases to support customers' digital workplace transformation objectives.
• Collaborate with customer stakeholders to translate technical capabilities into tangible business outcomes and improve employee experience.
• Leverage enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) to ensure alignment of digital workplace initiatives to overall business and IT strategies.
• Provide guidance on leading DEX/DEM tools and platforms, including best practices for deployment, configuration, and optimization.
• Support development of Digital Workplace governance models, operational processes, and continuous improvement strategies.
• Facilitate executive-level presentations and recommendations to secure stakeholder buy-in and commitment to transformation initiatives.
• Contribute to internal knowledge development, frameworks, and consulting assets to evolve our service offerings.

  • 5+ years experience working as a lead or senior consultant focusing on Digital Workplace technologies at an IT professional services firm or similar background in an IT role in a large enterprise
  • Demonstrated experience delivering advisory engagements related to Digital Employee Experience (DEX) platforms, Digital Experience Monitoring (DEM) solutions, and Modern Device Management.
  • Experience conducting maturity assessments, strategy development, persona/user journey mapping, and business case creation.
  • Familiarity with frameworks such as TOGAF, ITIL, or similar Enterprise Architecture & Service Management models.
  • Strong understanding of Modern Device Management platforms and principles (e.g., Microsoft Intune, VMware Workspace ONE, Jamf, MaaS360).
  • Broad knowledge of DEX/DEM toolsets (such as Nexthink, Lakeside SysTrack, Riverbed Aternity, Microsoft Endpoint Analytics).
  • Ability to bridge business and technical conversations; strong stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills. Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills; Self-driven, detail-orientated Ability to work collaboratively and productively with globally dispersed teams Ability to manage ambiguity, yet producing tangible results Ability to effectively manage challenging situations without loss of focus when under pressurePreferred Overall Digital Workplace Technical and Professional Experience Microsoft Modern Workplace portfolio: Office 365, Teams, Intune, Power Platform, Viva, OneDrive, and SharePoint Device/Mobile Management platform experience with Intune, MaaS360, SOTI MobileControl, Jamf Mobile Device Management, and/or VMware Workspace OneVDI, Virtual Platform Engineering, DaaS (Citrix, Omnissa, Microsoft, AWS Workspace) Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage ambiguity while delivering tangible results. 8+ years experience delivering consulting engagements for one or several of our Digital Workplace technologies with deep expertise implementing and managing VDI and/or DaaS products, applications publishing, application Layering technologies.Experience with Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) implementation, configuration ad automation Experience with both On-Prem and Cloud-based implementation of one or more major vendor offering Expertise in modern configuration and management of major end user operating systems( Windows, MacOS, Android, iOS) including touchless provisioning, automated configurations, intimate knowledge on Data isolation and device/application management techniques, browser integrations and operating system limitations. Expertise in identity and access management integration with UEM, defining end-user policies, patch management, scripting and/or other supporting technologies for endpoints. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.The compensation range for the position in the U.S. is $134,160 to $254,880 based on a full-time schedule. Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city or local minimum wage requirement.There is a different applicable compensation range for the following work locations: California:$147,600 to $305,880 Colorado: $134,160 to $254,880 New York City: $161,040 to $305,880 Washington: $147,600 to $280,320 Washington DC:$147,600 to $280,320 This position will be eligible for Kyndryls discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryls applicable plans. Note: If this is a sales commission eligible role, you will be eligible to participate in a sales commission plan in lieu of the annual discretionary bonus program.
