Job Description:
A company is looking for a Global Wholesale Partner Support
Agent to assist partners with reservations and support the partner
portal.
Key Responsibilities
Provide guidance and troubleshooting for partners using online
booking portals
Book, modify, and cancel reservations via phone and Zendesk
tickets
Communicate with other departments to resolve issues and process
bookings
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent
Previous hospitality experience preferred
Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and
holidays
Familiarity with Microsoft Office required
Enthusiasm for the travel industry is a plus
