Staffing Sales Executive is responsible for generating new
business, expanding client relationships, and selling staffing and
workforce solutions. This role focuses on identifying prospective
clients, understanding hiring needs, presenting talent solutions,
and partnering with recruiting teams to ensure successful delivery.
The ideal candidate is a driven, relationship?oriented sales
professional with strong communication and solution?selling skills.
This is a Direct Hire opportunity located in Schaumburg, IL. Key
Responsibilities Prospect and qualify new business opportunities
through calls, outreach, networking, and market research. Build
strong relationships with hiring managers, HR leaders, and key
decision?makers to understand their staffing needs. Sell staffing
services, including temporary, temp?to?hire, and direct?hire
recruiting solutions. Conduct discovery meetings, identify client
challenges, and develop tailored workforce solutions. Present
proposals, staffing plans, capabilities, and pricing to prospective
clients. Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to
closing new business. Grow existing accounts by identifying
additional service opportunities and ensuring high client
satisfaction. Partner with recruiters to ensure accurate job
intake, candidate alignment, and successful placement outcomes.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all sales activities,
opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM. Represent the
company at industry events, networking groups, and business
functions to expand brand visibility. Stay informed on market
trends, hiring challenges, and competitor activity to guide sales
strategy. Qualifications 2-5 years of B2B sales experience;
staffing or talent?solutions experience preferred. Proven success
in a hunter?focused sales role with a track record of meeting or
exceeding goals. Strong relationship?building, communication,
presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to understand and
communicate workforce solutions and recruiting processes.
Comfortable managing a sales pipeline and working independently in
a fast?paced environment. Proficiency with CRM systems and
Microsoft Office. Bachelor's degree preferred but not required. Job
Details: Direct Hire Hybrid, 3 days a week in office Pay $50-$75k
