Essential Functions: Maintain maximum occupancy. Provide for the
maintenance of the physical facility and grounds to ensure safety,
security, and sanitation. Responsible for rent collection,
certification and following policies and procedures established by
HUD and LSSI. Responsible for timely and accurate preparation and
submission of necessary reports. Work with residents, families, and
the community. Provide direct supervision, training, support,
review, and evaluation for assigned staff. Demonstrate
professional, positive behavior and carry out responsibilities with
integrity, treating clients, families, other LSSI workforce
members, and collaborative organizations and/or individual in a
dignified, respectful, honest, and fair manner. Position
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent with five (5)
years of management/supervisory experience required. Or an
associate’s degree with one (1) to two (2) years of
management/supervisory experience required. Background check
clearance required. Leasing License or willingness to obtain within
90 days of hire required. Certified Occupancy Specialist
Designation (COS) or willingness to obtain within two (2) years of
hire required. Minimum number of years management/supervisory
experience is dependent on education level. Demonstrated ability to
comprehend and follow instructions, perform assigned tasks while
maintaining appropriate work pace. Demonstrated ability to
communicate in a clear, comprehensible manner, both verbally and in
writing. Excellent organization, presentation, and pc/computer
skills, including experience using Microsoft Office (Outlook,
Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) along with other related software.
Valid driver’s license, in good standing for the state of residency
required. Access to reliable transportation required. Valid IL
statutory minimum liability insurance coverage, bodily injury, and
property damage required.
