We deliver quality service, leveraging technical expertise, technology, and data analytics to reduce inefficiencies, mitigate risks, and improve processes within payroll functions. Managing payroll obligations effectively, you will make a significant impact in this role.Our approach combines local payroll experience with a standardized global methodology, next-generation technology, and analytics. Whether working on a few countries or many, you will provide clients with integrated, consistent, high-quality services that unlock payroll potential across processes.Your key responsibilities

  • Lead our US-based payroll implementation team and oversee complex global payroll projects for large clients.
  • Supervise design, implementation, and transition to new global payroll models.
  • Drive innovation and develop next-generation payroll solutions and tools.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring adherence to global methodologies.
  • Coordinate with global teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Develop project plans, risk management strategies, and communication plans.
  • Ensure effective governance and reporting on project status and risks.
  • Mentor team members and support training initiatives.
  • Assist in business development and sales activities related to payroll implementation.Skills and attributes for success
    • Strong end-to-end payroll knowledge and experience with payroll interfaces and technical processes.
    • Experience with multi-country payroll implementations, shared services, and carve-outs.
    • Excellent communication, analytical, and documentation skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively with global teams and clients.
    • Proficiency with project management tools and data analytics.To qualify for the role you must have
      • Bachelor's degree and relevant postgraduate qualification in Sciences, Business, or Finance.
      • 15+ years of project management experience managing cross-functional projects.
      • Experience with major payroll technology vendors (e.g., ADP, Oracle, SAP, Workday).
      • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Project, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, and AI tools.
      • Excellent managerial and communication skills, proactive problem solver.
      • Active PMP certification preferred.
      • Willingness to travel as needed.Required certificates/degrees
        • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP, or HR certifications from HRCI.
        • Certified Payroll Professional, PMP, or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
