Compensation

• $21.00 - $23.00 / hour
  
• Annual Performance Bonus

    What You'll Be Doing
    
    • 
      
    • Utilize organizational skills to provide outstanding affordable housing services
      
    • Create a welcoming environment through daily resident interactions
      
    • Process certifications (initial, interim, annual) and calculate retroactive rent adhering to guidelines
      
    • Gather documentation and verify resident information
      
    • Apply correct rents and ensure compliance during recertifications
      
    • Prepare rent repayment agreements and explain calculations per HUD guidelines
      
    • Review EIV reports and resolve discrepancies
      
    • Maintain accuracy and manage multiple projects efficiently
      
    • Work independently in a busy environment
      
    • Support site and office operations as directed
      
      Qualifications
      
      • 
        
      • Knowledge of Section 8, LIHTC, and HUD policies
        
      • Spanish language skills preferred
        
      • Detail-oriented with deadline-driven mindset
        
      • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
        
      • Notary public preferred
        
      • COS certification
        
      • 2-4 years leasing experience
        
      • Commitment to exceeding expectations and delivering exceptional service
        
      • Team player with integrity and reliability
